You can cancel your order within 6 hours of purchase for a full refund. All you have to do is email us at support@campusthreadsusa.com. If your order has already shipped (even within 24 hours), it cannot be canceled.

We want you to be happy with your order. Here’s how returns work:

✔️ We cover return shipping if: you received the wrong item, the item is damaged, defective, or has incorrect info, or the package was lost in transit

❌ We don’t cover return shipping if: you ordered the wrong size, or you simply don’t like the item in person

📩 How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email support@campusthreadsusa.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include: Your order number, A brief description of the issue, and A photo of the defect/damage (if applicable)

Once approved, we’ll give you the return address and instructions.

📦 Return Guidelines

To be eligible for a return: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, All items from your order must be included, Returns must have tracking, as we can’t process untracked shipments, Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

⚠️ Please Note that we cannot refund original shipping costs, free shipping orders will have a $6 shipping fee deducted from the refund, and if a wrong address is entered or delivery isn’t rescheduled, shipping costs cannot be refunded. Do NOT refuse delivery - unclaimed packages may be destroyed by the carrier
